LOCK HEART Stretched canvas, digital and pen artwork
Could I allow anyone in, give close access, give someone the key to my heart. Knowing that I am leaving myself open, vulnerable and somehow trapped. Why would I do that, why reveal my inner depths by giving my spare key to someone. Those closest do not need a key but everyone else – must be careful not to be tricked into giving a key, must be alert to darker forces who might try to get in. This heart is big, able to feel this earth’s pain; this heart wants to help; this heart is sometimes overwhelmed; but this heart must be protected.
Each matte canvas comes with back hanging already included for convenient placement. The frame is made with profile radiata pine that is ethically sourced from renewable forests.
